 New Paradigms and Parallels

At this point, the "founding" implication from the impact of printing seems to be that less regulation is better than more. Those societies that allowed one-to-many communications flourish did relatively better than those that restricted it.

It should be clear that parallels between printing and networked computers are likely to be "soft" and arguable and the implicaitons from those parallels even moreso.
