Natalie W. Crawford Receives Air Force Lifetime Achievement Award
The Air Force Association (AFA) announced that Natalie Crawford, Senior Fellow at the RAND Corporation, will be presented with an award for a lifetime of work dedicated to the advancement of aerospace science and technology. Each year, AFA honors the outstanding achievements and contributions of men and women throughout the U.S. Air Force, government, academia, and aerospace industry through its National Aerospace Awards program. Nominations for these prestigious awards are solicited from the United States Air Force, members and leaders of AFA, the aerospace industry, and U.S. citizens or organizations having a deep interest in aerospace activities.
The awards will be presented during the annual Air & Space Conference and Technology Exposition in Washington, D.C., on September 19. Presenters at the opening and awards ceremonies include Secretary of the Air Force Michael B. Donley, Chief of Staff of the Air Force General Norton A. Schwartz, Commanders from the Air Force’s Major Commands, and AFA’s Chairman of the Board Sandy Schlitt.
