A random sample of adult (18 and over) enrollees from 48 medical groups in Unified Medical Group Association was drawn. Each individual in the sample was mailed an 11-page (153-item) opscan questionnaire that assessed satisfaction with medical care provided by the group and with features of the health plan.

This report is part of the RAND Corporation draft series.
