Analysis of the Educational Personnel System
IV. Teacher Turnover
This report attempts to predict the rates of teacher turnover in the 1970s. It uses an analysis of recent changes in the teaching profession to modify collected results on past rates of turnover. It recommends that administrators not try to prevent the coming surplus of teachers, but to be aware of it and exploit it.
