Managed Care is Not the Problem, Quality Is
Provides a commentary on managed care and quality of care. Its major point is that quality of care is the problem, not managed care, and that prior to the adoption of managed care, there were substantial and major problems in quality of care. These have, in general, not been made worse or better by the emergence of managed care in the United States today.
