Helen Rebecca Schindler holds an MSc in Economics from Maastricht University and a DEA in Sociology from University René Descartes - Paris V - Sorbonne. Prior to joining RAND Europe she worked at the European Commission, DG Information Society and Media and as analyst at UNU-MERIT in the Netherlands. She currently works in RAND Europe's Brussels office.
