Containment and Continuity: RAND Europe cosponsors conference on terrorism risk management strategies for business

17 May 2004 -- Major terrorist attacks in Saudi Arabia, Istanbul and Madrid over the last 12 months once again highlighted the threat to business. Security managers are constantly re-evaluating their strategies to meet the threat. Can proactive security measures ever be effective in managing the risk from a determined global terrorist threat, or should absorption and business continuity form the backbone of corporate terrorism risk management strategies?
