Successfully addressing bioterrorism requires an effective IT infrastructure. The purpose of this series of summits is to articulate this IT infrastructure and recommend a course of action. RAND’s Science and Technology Policy Institute is organizing these meetings as part of its mission to address scientific and technological issues of national importance.
