Change management is the process of implementing changes to a system or organization in a controlled manner, frequently in conjunction with strategic planning, organizational redesign, and operational improvements. RAND has conducted research on organizational innovation and change management, and our researchers include experts in change management strategies with a particular focus on corporate, health care, and military settings.
