Overview

Rita Bahlibi is a Ph.D. student in the Technology Applications and Implications stream at Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy analyst at RAND. She has an M.S. in finance and economics from West Texas A&M University, a B.A. in journalism with a minor in Africa and Middle East studies from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and a certificate in accounting and financial management from Rutgers University.

Prior to joining Pardee RAND, she was a public finance editor and structured finance researcher at S&P Global. She previously was also a project manager at the Open Media Foundation, where she oversaw the development of web projects for nonprofits and governments. Her research interests primarily focus on development finance and governance models.
