Overview

Rita Bahlibi is a Ph.D. student in the Community-Partnered Policy and Action stream at Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy analyst at RAND. She has an M.S. in finance and economics from West Texas A&M University, a B.A. in journalism with a minor in Africa and Middle East studies from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and a certificate in accounting and financial management from Rutgers University.

Prior to joining Pardee RAND, she was a public finance editor and structured finance researcher at S&P Global. She previously was also a project manager at the Open Media Foundation, where she oversaw the development of web projects for nonprofits and governments.
