Overview

Neil Berg is an associate physical scientist at RAND. He currently serves as Program Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Integrated Sciences and Assessments (MARISA). Additionally, he researches how sea level rise may impact flooding and water resources in Southeast Florida and is contributing to California's Fourth Climate Change Assessment. He obtained a Ph.D. and M.S. in atmospheric and oceanic sciences from UCLA and a B.S. in atmospheric and oceanic sciences from the Univeristy of Wisconsin, Madison.
