Sunny D. Bhatt is based in the Washington, DC office of the RAND Corporation. His research experience includes qualitative analysis and policy research for the National Security Research Division, through the Cyber and Intelligence Policy Center and the International Security and Defense Policy Center, Project AIR FORCE, and the Homeland Security Operational Analysis Center. Prior to joining RAND, Bhatt was a full time scheduler and staff assistant for Representative Rush Holt (NJ-12) in the U.S. House of Representatives. Bhatt holds a Master’s in Public Policy from George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government and a B.A. from Rutgers University's Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
