Sunny D. Bhatt is a policy analyst at RAND and a professor of policy analysis at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Based in the Washington, D.C. office, Bhatt's research experience includes qualitative analysis and policy research for the National Security Research Division, through the Cyber and Intelligence Policy Center and the International Security and Defense Policy Center, Project AIR FORCE, and the Homeland Security Operational Analysis Center. Bhatt holds a Master’s in Public Policy from George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government and a B.A. from Rutgers University's Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
