Overview
Annie Brothers is an assistant policy researcher at RAND and a Ph.D. candidate at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Prior to joining Pardee RAND, she worked for the Pan-African Association connecting resettled refugees in the Chicago area with employment and vocational training opportunities.
Brothers has an M.S. in data science from Northwestern University and a B.A. in Russian and political science from Grinnell College. She also spent a year focused on Russian studies at Novosibirsk State University. Her research interests include public safety, domestic violence, workforce development, and refugee resettlement.
