Brandon Crosby is an associate behavioral scientist who is primarily interested in organizational psychology and issues of diversity, leadership and teamwork. His research has covered topics such as negotiation, teamwork cohesion, as well as the interplay of culture and perceptions of revenge. Primarily working in Project Air Force and HSOAC, Crosby has focused on diversity and retention within the Air Force and the Coast Guard. He has also studied personnel issues, and has worked to improve Human Capital systems within several DHS agencies. Brandon Crosby has a B.A. in psychology from Morehouse College, an M.S. and a PhD in Organizational Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
