Brandon Crosby is an associate behavioral scientist at RAND and professor at Pardee RAND Graduate School whose primary interests are organizational psychology and issues of diversity, leadership and teamwork. His research has covered topics such as negotiation, teamwork cohesion, as well as the interplay of culture and perceptions of revenge. Primarily working in Project Air Force and HSOAC, Crosby has focused on diversity and retention within the Air Force and the Coast Guard. He has also studied personnel issues and has worked to improve Human Capital systems within several DHS agencies. Crosby has a B.A. in psychology from Morehouse College, and an M.S. and a Ph.D. in organizational science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
