Overview

Annemari de Silva is a research assistant at RAND Europe in the area of home affairs and social policy. She holds an M.A. in South Asian area studies from SOAS, University of London, where she was a Chevening Scholar, and a B.A. liberal studies degree from the University of Sydney, Australia. Prior to joining RAND Europe she was a researcher in public policy in Sri Lanka and worked in the civil society space. Her research interests and experience are in workers and labour, women, international development, and cultural policy.
