Overview

Isabel Flanagan is a research assistant focusing on science and emerging technologies at RAND Europe. Her interests include international security, European policy development and the social impact of emerging technologies.

She previously worked at Ipsos MORI for two years within the Corporate Reputation team. There she conducted key stakeholder analysis and contributed to the technology, media and telecoms (TMT) sector team. She has a B.A. Honours in politics and philosophy from Queen’s University and a M.Sc. in European studies from the London School of Economics (LSE). While studying for her degrees, she also worked as a research assistant to public policy and public international law professors.
