John Jackson is a senior operations researcher at RAND. He focuses his research on Army and Joint Warfighting Concepts, wargaming, and quantitative analysis supporting policy development, refinement, and assessment. Over the last several years, he has extended his portfolio to include analysis of personnel policy for the Department of Defense, and Title 10 roles and responsibilities for the Army to improve integration of new organizations and capabilities into its formations.
