Anthony Jacques is a Ph.D. student in the Research, Analysis, and Design stream at Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy analyst at RAND. He has a B.S. in foreign area studies and minors in Spanish and Portuguese from the United States Air Force Academy. His research interests include national defense policy, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance, and international affairs.
Prior to joining Pardee RAND, he has conducted research on government corruption in Latin America with a focus on Brazil and its relevance to the United States.
