Victoria Jordan is an analyst at RAND Europe focusing on defence and security issues. Her experience spans a range of research areas, including futures and foresight, counterterrorism, preventing and countering violent extremism and the impact of digital technologies on society. She has contributed to policy research projects for high-profile clients, including the European Commission, the European Parliament, the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the UK Defence Science and Technology Laboratory and the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security.

Prior to joining RAND Europe, she worked for Kantar on large-scale multi-country surveys and evaluation projects. Previously, she was a trainee in the Global Trends unit of the European Parliament Research Service (EPRS), providing analysis of medium- and long-term social, geopolitical and technological trends. She holds an M.Phil. in modern European history from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. (Hons) in German and history from University College London (UCL).
