Overview
Neïla Khelifi is a research assistant at RAND Europe working in the area of home affairs and social policy. Before joining RAND, she completed an internship at the French Ministry of Culture within the Department for Budgetary Affairs. Khelifi was also an intern at the strategy consultancy Altermind in Paris, where she worked on European regulation affecting the agri-food industry.
Khelifi earned an M.Sc. in political economy of Europe with a distinction from the European Institute of the London School of Economics. Her master’s dissertation focused on the treatment of culture in EU trade policy. She also holds a master’s in European affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a dual B.A. in European social and political studies from Sciences Po and UCL.
