Overview

Jessica Kikuchi is the executive director of development at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. She oversees the fundraising, alumni engagement, annual giving and stewardship efforts for the school. As a member of the Pardee RAND Leadership team, she is key to cultivating, soliciting, and acquiring major and principal gifts to support the school.

Prior to joining Pardee RAND, she was part of the leadership team at UCLA Samueli Engineering, working as senior director of development, where she led the major gifts program to cultivate and solicit major and principal gifts. She comes to Pardee RAND equipped with a diverse background and experience in donor relations, ethnic community relations, and higher education/university advancement.

Kikuchi earned her B.A. in ethnic studies from University of California, San Diego and her master of public administration (M.P.A.), with a focus on nonprofit management, from California State University-Northridge.
