Overview

Nadja Koch is a research assistant at RAND Europe working in the area of home affairs and social policy. She holds an M.Sc. in work, health and career (occupational health management) and a B.Sc. in European public health, both from the University of Maastricht, the Netherlands. Currently, she is involved in research on workplace wellbeing, education, youth and employment at RAND Europe.

Prior to joining RAND Europe, she worked as a visiting research student with the Policy Research Group, Department of Psychology, at the University of Cambridge, where she contributed to work on establishing and integrating a national mental health care approach in Lebanon.
