Rosemary Li (she/her) is an adjunct research assistant at the RAND Corporation. Her work focuses on health care accessibility, tobacco regulation, and workforce diversity. She received her B.S. in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. She is currently pursuing a MPP at the University of Chicago.
