Overview

Lynne Saylor heads communications and corporate affairs for RAND Europe, leading a team that oversees the dissemination of RAND Europe's research.

Saylor's focus throughout her career has been on public policy, and she gained communications experience from both government and the private sector. Prior to joining RAND Europe in 2005, Saylor managed her own communications consultancy based in the UK. She received an M.A. in international relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a B.A. in international relations from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.
