Matt Strawn is a policy analyst at the RAND Corporation specializing in industrial and organizational psychology. Strawn's experience in applied research has focused on survey design, qualitative and quantitative data collection, data management, data analysis, and writing. He is an active contributor on several RAND projects through the American Educator Panels, Project AIR FORCE, and Justice Policy.
