Anna Jean Wirth is a scientist at the RAND Corporation. Her work focuses on problems where modeling, simulation, and quantitative data analysis can help inform decision-making, particularly for the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Coast Guard. Her recent research has included study of how resource allocation impacts mission performance, the assessment of the impact of anti-access area denial environments on sortie generation, and measurement of the risks of command and control force postures on operational capability.
