Stefan Zavislan is a doctoral candidate at the Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy researcher at RAND. Upon graduation, he will be an operations research analyst for the U.S. Air Force.

Zavislan was a distinguished graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy, earning his B.S. in operations research with academic, military, and scholar distinctions. He worked at the National Security Agency in the Technology Directorate studying complex additive systems analysis.

His research at RAND is primarily focused on Air Force military personnel and manpower, specifically accessions policy, force management, and retention.
