Message from the RAA President

I can’t think of a better way to start off the summer than by welcoming our alumni back to RAND! Last month, we had the pleasure of hosting our annual alumni summer reunion in Santa Monica. This homecoming event is a wonderful opportunity to share memories with old friends and to meet the newest members of our community.

We have a chance each year to reconnect and reflect on the importance of RAND, to each of us and to society. And we each have a chance to continue contributing to RAND’s success by supporting the Alumni Impact Fund (AIF). The AIF was created to help extend the impact of completed research projects that would benefit from additional funding. The latest AIF campaign is underway, and donations of any size get us closer to our goal of raising $125,000 by December 31, 2019.

Thanks for everything you do for RAND. I hope you enjoy the reunion photo gallery in this issue of the Alumni Bulletin, and I encourage you to stay connected.
