Message from the RAA President
Summer is quickly approaching. To me, summer means long days, warm sunshine, and outdoor gatherings. We all need a little warmth and sunny summer optimism right now, and I'm thrilled that we're getting closer to being able to reunite with each other and gather together in person. As we begin to move away from darker days, I'm excited to put our masks aside and to embrace each other again.
We'll look back at this time in our history, and we'll remember the challenges. But regardless of the season—or the state of the world—you will always have the support of the RAND community.
RAND is a place where dedicated people do exceptional work for people that need our help. You and your fellow alumni continue to make people safer and more secure, healthier and more prosperous. Your contributions—your research, your time, your friendship, your donations to RAND—all make a difference.
I can't wait to celebrate our strengths and the care and support you continue to show for RAND and for each other. Please stay tuned—we're hoping to be able to host an in person RAA Reunion this fall. We'll share more details as soon as they are available.
Until then, thank you for always supporting RAND. I'm grateful for all of you.
President, RAND Alumni Association
