Honoring Legacy at RAND

RAND hosted a special gathering in November for supporters of the RAND Legacy Society, a group of donors who have made planned gifts to benefit RAND, Pardee RAND, or both. The event was held in the courtyard of the Santa Monica headquarters campus, and featured a presentation by RAND archivist Cara McCormick. She treated guests to a walk-through of RAND's history—with an A to Z spotlight on notable RAND alumni—featuring photos and stories about their contributions to RAND.

Longtime donor Marcia Carlucci, a RAND Legacy Society supporter, spoke about her family's history with RAND and Pardee RAND. She also introduced Nancy Staudt, the new Frank and Marcia Carlucci Dean of the Pardee RAND Graduate School and vice president of Innovation for RAND.
