Issues In the 115th Congress

The nonprofit, nonpartisan RAND Corporation has been a trusted, unbiased source for congressional staff on both sides of the aisle for decades. Our experts have testified and answered questions for staff on a variety of health care and veterans topics in recent years, including dementia, value-based payment programs, health insurance markets, caregivers, and private care for veterans. Below are some examples of expertise that address issues likely to confront Congress in this new session.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions, would like to speak to a RAND researcher, or would like a copy of a RAND report.
