How do you know a program or practice is working? How do you demonstrate, say to a potential funder, a program or practice is generating positive outcomes? Evidence-based implementation and evaluation is needed.
eGTO is an evidence-based online tool that guides organizations that serve veterans, their families, and caregivers through the tasks needed to complete a needs assessment, select a program or practice that fits their organization, set goals, and develop a logic model for successful implementation and evaluation. eGTO is self-paced and offers advice and points of consideration as you work through these steps.
The eGTO tool is free to use. We encourage organizations to use eGTO when evaluating existing, or select new, programs or practices. Please request access by emailing VeteransPolicy@rand.org.
