Leading Indicators Performance Measures Youth Survey
The Leading Indicators were developed to help out-of-school providers with two overarching components: Program Evaluation and Program Quality Improvement System. Survey data is collected from the major stakeholders — i.e., project directors, point-of-service (adults that deliver instruction to youth directly during program offerings) staff, participating youth, and parents. These surveys are known collectively as the Leading Indicator Measures of Program Performance. The Youth Survey is one component of this data system. The Youth Survey measures aspects of instructional context and youth characteristics.
