The RAND Quality Pre-K Cost Study

The goal of the RAND Quality Pre-K Cost Study is to estimate the cost of high-quality preschool (pre-K) in the United States by drawing on the experiences of six publicly funded pre-K systems at the state or local level. The RAND Corporation is conducting the study with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
