Program

The North Korean regime is known for its brutal and repressive rule, its nuclear capabilities and ambitions, and instability among its leaders. Although the United States has, in recent years, successfully deterred a North Korean invasion of South Korea, it has not deterred many North Korean provocations. Join us to hear senior defense analyst Bruce Bennett discuss why North Korea is such a uniquely difficult challenge and suggest new and creative approaches to deterrence.
