About the Speaker
Simon Sinek is the author of the best-selling book Start with Why, which challenges traditional assumptions about how great leaders and great companies inspire people. In his travels around the world since its publication, he noticed that some teams trust each other so deeply that they would put their lives on the line for each other. Other teams, no matter what incentives are offered, seem doomed to infighting, fragmentation, and failure. Why? His new book, Leaders Eat Last, answers that question and shows how to create stable, adaptive, confident teams, where everyone feels they belong and all energies are focused on facing the common enemy and seizing big opportunities.
