Program
Isaac Porche, RAND senior engineer and program director in the Homeland Security Operational Analysis Center, will describe next-generation warfare dominated by information and psychological weapons. He will explain why free and open societies are more vulnerable and discuss what we can do to respond without sacrificing key values like privacy and free expression.
