Eric Goldman (2019-2020)
Prior to the DHS RAND fellowship, Eric J. Goldman was Director of the Financial Operations Division of Mission Readiness Operations Directorate at U.S. Border Patrol Headquarters in Washington, DC. Mr. Goldman joined the Department of Homeland Security in August of 2010 as Business Financial Manager of the Information Integration and Technology Transformation (IITT) Program and Information Resources Management Division for the United States Secret Service. Mr. Goldman has 15 years of federal government experience. Prior to joining the DHS, he led Personnel Cost Estimating for the United States Army.
Mr. Goldman holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from the Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William & Mary. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Defense Financial Manager with Acquisition Specialty, Certified Government Financial Manager, and DHS Level III Certified in Program Financial Management and Cost Estimating.
