Amy Hall (2012-13)
Amy Hall is serving as the 2012-2013 DHS Fellow at RAND. Amy is a senior program analyst at the Department of Homeland Security's Office of Inspector General (OIG). Her work at the OIG has focused primarily on emergency management programs. She has also done work on intelligence fusion centers and the National Level Exercises. Prior to joining the OIG, Amy was a professional staff member with the U.S. Senate's Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Her areas of research and interests include emergency preparedness, transportation security, and federal acquisition processes, as well as juvenile justice and education policy. Amy began her federal career as a Presidential Management Intern at the National Institutes of Health. She holds a PhD in Public Policy, a Master of Public Administration, and a BA in Political Science.
