Abbie Tingstad, senior physical scientist at the RAND Corporation, will testify before the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Transportation and Maritime Security on “Climate Change and U.S. Security in the Arctic.”

- how the future Arctic could present problems related to trafficking and terrorism
- what the United States needs to do related to its security in the Arctic.
