The RAND Online Measure Repository (ROMR) is an online searchable database containing measures related to psychological health and the treatment of Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) that was created to support program monitoring and evaluation. The ROMR consists of brief descriptions of 171 measures of psychological health and TBI that contain information about the development and uses of the measures (e.g., whether they have been used with a military population), as well as the reliability and validity of the measures. These brief descriptions are indexed using an online interface that allows users of the repository to search for specific measures based on keywords or other characteristics of each measure (e.g., whether the measure has published psychometrics; whether the measure is intended to be self-administered) and to compare measures side-by-side.
