Too Good to Be True? Evaluation of Colonoscopy Sensitivity Assumptions Used in Policy Models
This paper examines the validity of the CRC-SPIN model and colonoscopy sensitivity assumptions. We find that colonoscopy may be less accurate than currently assumed, especially for diminutive adenomas.

Aducanumab, a weight-dosed Alzheimer's drug, is available in two fixed-dose vial sizes. This may result in large amounts of discarded drug and wasteful spending. More-efficient vial sizes could save Medicare money if the drug is approved for widespread use.

Veteran Educators or For-Profiteers? Tuition Responses to Changes in the Post-9/11 GI Bill
In 2010, Congress reauthorized the Post-9/11 GI Bill by changing reimbursement rates from by-state maximums to a nationwide limit. This change affected some institutions more than others. We find changes in tuition and student enrollment in response to changes in reimbursement rates.
