Report on Cognitive Interviews with Medicaid Mothers for Consumer Assessments of Health Plans Study (CAHPS)

This report summarizes cognitive interviews that RAND conducted with Medicaid beneficiaries in California and Kansas. The report is divided into three parts. The first part discusses English language interviews conducted in California, the second part summarizes English language interviews conducted in Kansas, and the third part summarizes Spanish language interviews conducted in both states.
