This Note is one of a series of reports that constitute an archive of the survey materials used in the Housing Assistance Supply Experiment. It presents and discusses documents from the screening survey that was conducted in Brown County, Wisconsin, during August, September, and October of 1973. Included are the Site I Screening Survey Instrument (designed jointly by RAND and Mathematica, Inc.), the housing Survey Validation Form and Vacancy Report Form, and the Quality Control Manual prepared by Mathematica.
This report is part of the RAND Corporation Note series. The note was a product of the RAND Corporation from 1979 to 1993 that reported other outputs of sponsored research for general distribution.
