Population Health Survey 1968

Documents of a household survey of approximately 13,500 persons in New York City. The survey was conducted by the Survey Research Center of City University of New York for the Health Services Administration of the city and deals primarily with health status and medical service utilization of this cluster sample of city residents. This is a first publication of most of the content of this survey. An abbreviated version of the original questions, the valid responses, and their frequency is provided.
