Biography
Ben Colaiaco is a Ph.D. candidate at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. He has a master's degree in international development and a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh. Colaiaco was a strategic analyst at the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, focusing on social services provided through Medicaid. He also worked on a study of language access in California. His interests include health care, international development, and energy policy.
