Terry Fain

Biography
Terry Fain is a senior research manager in the Policy Studies department at RAND. His work includes criminal justice and health projects. His research interests are juvenile justice, mental health, and alternatives to incarceration. He is an expert in SAS and in analyzing large data sets. He holds master's degrees in mathematics, sociology, and clinical psychology.
