Overview

Kristy Gonzalez Morganti is a health policy researcher at the RAND Corporation and a professor at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. Her areas of research focus include program evaluation, strategic planning, and quality improvement. She has expertise with project management as well as qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods. Morganti currently leads projects for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response, and the Emergency Medicine Action Fund. She also co-leads the RAND Health Public Sector and Non-Profit Contract Triage Process.

Prior to joining RAND, Morganti worked at Deloitte Consulting, LLP for approximately three years as a senior consultant specializing in strategy and operations. There she gained significant experience conducting interviews, leading focus groups, and developing and analyzing survey data.

Morganti earned her doctorate in health policy and administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her MPH from Virginia Commonwealth University.
