Biography

Celine Miani is an associate analyst working within the Health and Healthcare team at RAND Europe. Her background is in public policy and health economics. She joined RAND from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, where she was a member of the CLAHRC (Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care) and worked on the NHS reform, focusing on the changes in health services commissioning and the pivotal and changing role of primary care clinicians in the new system.

Miani's interests lie in health policy design, health services delivery and evaluation, and the socio-economic impact of health policies. Her previous work includes qualitative analysis and field work in Cambodia and the UK. She also has a background in quantitative research, which she used for her MSc thesis on healthcare pathways in rural Cambodia.
